Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Pravana Smart Living platform or booking any accommodation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the Pravana Smart Living website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
- You agree to use Pravana's services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not use our services to transmit any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
3. Property Listings
- Property details, including descriptions, images, pricing and availability, are provided in good faith but may be subject to change without notice.
- Pravana reserves the right to modify or withdraw any listing at any time.
4. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and applicable advance payment.
- Pricing is subject to change; confirmed bookings will not be retroactively affected.
- Pravana does not charge brokerage; any fees are clearly communicated upfront.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation terms vary by property and plan type and will be detailed in your individual agreement.
- Pravana reserves the right to cancel a booking if there is evidence of misrepresentation or breach of terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Pravana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding month.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
